Property listings are supplied by the property owners and are matter to personal perception and pricing accordingly.
Rentals
Listed monthly rental prices are for one year rental contract agreements. Owners, buyers and tenants reserve the right to change their opinions, sales and rental price, status, perception and conditions.
Offers
Offers and verbal agreements are binding by entering in a written contractual agreement signed by both parties (seller-buyer and/or lessor-lessee). ACI can consult and advise.
