Pattaya East

Pattaya is generally split into Pattaya North, Central, South and East. Pattaya East features all the districts on the other side of Sukhumvit. That includes the Pong, Huay Yai and Phoenix areas. These districts offer everything from rural to exclusive living, many golf courses, international schools, universities and an abundance of sport activities. There are many small and big gated housing estates as well as private residences on big private land plots. This is suited for long-term residence living.
